The Leuze LS3C/8X is a throughbeam photoelectric sensor transmitter from the compact 3C Series. It works together with a compatible Leuze LE3C receiver to create a reliable throughbeam sensing system for industrial automation. The transmitter emits a pulsed red LED light beam, and the receiver detects interruptions in the beam for accurate object detection over long distances with excellent resistance to ambient light.
The LS3C/8X is widely used in packaging machines, conveyor systems, intralogistics, textile machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, machine tools, palletizing systems and automated production lines. Its long sensing range makes it suitable for reliable object detection and part counting applications.
