The Leuze FT23/4X-M8 is a compact energetic diffuse sensor designed for reliable object detection using the diffuse reflection principle. Part of the Leuze Series 23 family, this sensor detects objects directly without requiring a separate reflector. Plant engineers commonly use this sensor where compact mounting, fast switching, and stable detection performance are required in conveyor and machine automation applications. The sensor uses a pulsed red LED light source and evaluates the reflected light from the target object. The adjustable sensing range allows flexible setup for different object colors and distances in industrial environments.Key Features
